BASO has great importance to environmental protection and safety and health management, aiming to establish zero pollution in environmental protection and zero disaster in workplace safety. The production process of all products strictly controls any factors that may cause pollution, including wastewater, fixed pollution sources and waste. All emissions comply with relevant legal standards and have been certified by ISO-14001 environmental protection system.
We pay industrial waste treatment fees, air pollution prevention fees and sewage treatment fees in accordance with regulations every year, and sets up a dedicated processing unit to perform its business in accordance with government occupational safety and environmental protection laws and regulations.
Regarding current licenses, pollution control fee payment, and environmental protection personnel are as follows:
(1) Water pollution prevention and control
In conjunction with the new sewage plant in the TEPZ, the wastewater discharged complies with environmental protection regulations. Continuous monitoring equipment is installed for the discharged water. Water quality testing is conducted at the discharge outlet of the wastewater plant every year, twice a year, and the test results are consistent with the incoming sewage treatment standard of TEPZ.
(2) Air pollution prevention and control
In accordance with environmental protection laws and regulations, a professional inspection company is commissioned to conduct an air pollutant concentration test every year to effectively monitor the source of pollution and reduce the risk of air pollution emissions based on the concentration of volatile organic gas emissions.
(3)Waste disposal methods
Priority is given to recycling and reuse, and waste that cannot be recycled and reused is entrusted to legal cleanup agencies and disposed of by incineration or solidification. In order to accurately grasp the direction of waste flow, the company regularly dispatches personnel to audit waste disposal to ensure that all waste is processed legally to avoid secondary environmental pollution.
